Our company was founded in 2009 with our first home improvement contracting license in Washington DC providing property management services and improvements for landlords. We managed a large portfolio of residential and rental properties in the DC area. After a few years we started to transition our projects into larger scope providing consulting service for condominium conversions and larger multi family property acquisition, Later our company was engaged in a very large development project for a town center development in Cape Coral, FL, which involved obtaining a multi million Dollar TIF award. Many projects were focused on creating or maintaining affordable housing for low to medium income families while still providing desired returns for investors. After moving to Philadelphia this focus has become primary and the company is actively seeking out opportunities in the affordable housing area to foster positive impact on the local community.
